Empowering Telco Evolution: AI Driven Digital Transformation

AI is a key enabler for telco evolution. This session will focus on how KT and NVIDIA have collaborated to enable AI-driven telco transformation with the Mi:dm large language model. KT operates wired and wireless communication services and paid broadcasting services for individual and corporate customers. In 2020, they evolved into a digital platform company (DIGICO) to accelerate customer-oriented platform innovation in B2B fields such as media, finance, healthcare, and robotics based on AI, big data, and cloud capabilities. In particular, KT developed Mi:dm to enhance its various services and also serve as a foundation model for its partners.
